Poreč
Poreč is a popular summer resort on the coast of the Istrian peninsula in western Croatia. The 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica is located in the historic old town and is famous for its gem-studded Byzantine mosaics. The large main square, Trg. Andrea Antico, is surrounded by old buildings and palaces, the Church of St. Stjepan and its free-standing bell tower.

Livade
The small town of Livade is located approximately 3 km north of Motovun in the heart of the Istria region . At the beginning of the 20th century, Livade was a railway station on the Parenzana narrow-gauge railway and a market for wine and olive oil. After the Parenzana railway line was closed and the tracks were dismantled, the small town, surrounded by the oaks of the Motovun forest, fell into a sleep that lasted almost half a century. In 1973, Livade’s most famous resident, Giancarlo Zigante, decided to train his dogs to hunt for truffles. Although people had already noticed the valuable tuber in 1932, it was Zigante who made Livade a world-famous place for gourmets and foodies.

Koper
Koper is a Slovenian port city on the country’s Adriatic coast. At the centre of the medieval old town is Tito Square (Titov Trg), which features Venetian-influenced sights such as the Praetorian Palace and a Gothic-style loggia. The nearby Da Ponte Fountain is a replica of the famous Rialto Bridge in Venice. The Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, dating from around the 12th century, has a tall bell tower that offers sweeping views across the bay.
